This free program seamlessly integrates inbound, outbound, and in-call capabilities within the Google Chrome web browser user interface.
With MiVoice Integration for Google, users can enjoy a range of features including toaster-pop and answer call for inbound calls, transfer, conference, hold, and retrieve call for mid-call actions, and search for contacts and click-to-dial for outbound calls. Additionally, the program allows users to save call notes and logs to the Google contact Notes field for easy activity tracking.
To utilize MiVoice Integration for Google, users must have Mitel Open Integration Gateway (OIG) software version 3.0 or above and a Mitel MiVoice Business communications platform. For more information, users can reach out to their Mitel reseller.
